Shipping

We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all European countries, Australia, and numerous other destinations worldwide. Please contact us to confirm if we ship to your specific country. Import duties and taxes are frequently applicable when importing jewelry; we recommend consulting your country's customs authority for assistance in estimating these costs. International shipping is available at a flat rate of $100 USD, with full insurance coverage.

We do offer layaway plans! Engagement rings can be a large purchase and we want you to be able to get the one that you want before someone else snatches up that one-of-a-kind piece. We offer up to 60-day installment plans and are happy to split payments over multiple cards if needed. Since layaway rings are taken off the market for extended periods of time, they are exchangeable but not returnable. Payments are non-returnable for payment plans. We are also able to split payments over multiple cards!

Important note if you are using a credit/debit card: Most banks impose a spending limit so you may have to contact them to have that changed for a purchase or to let them know that you are making a large purchase.

Yes! We offer both hand engravings and computer engravings to personalize your ring and make it even more of a family heirloom. Computer Engraving costs 60 CHF-70 CHF (depends on the length of your message). Please note that thinner bands can only have computer engravings done. Hand Engraving costs 100 CHF -120 CHF (depending on the length of your message).

Orders & Returns

Our mission is to help women like you discover your dream ring, creating that special connection that celebrates your unique style. If the piece doesn't quite feel right, simply let us know within five days of receiving it, and we'll guide you through the return process. Reach out via email, and we'll promptly send a prepaid return label to make shipping it back effortless. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll issue a full refund within 7 to 10 business days.* Please be aware that it may take a few days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. Made-to-order rings are lovingly crafted just for you and are therefore final sale, not eligible for returns.

Our authentic vintage pieces are truly one-of-a-kind treasures and will never be restocked, as their unique history cannot be duplicated.

For our AB Made rings, we can recreate similar designs, but always with a different diamond. Antique diamonds are exceptionally rare and challenging to match exactly, so while we cannot guarantee an identical gemstone, we are committed to sourcing something equally exquisite and beautiful just for you!

In some cases, we may be able to recreate a sold piece that has captured your heart. If there's a style you simply cannot forget, please reach out to us—we're here to explore possibilities together. For certain vintage-inspired creations, we can often craft a new ring featuring another stunning antique diamond.
